摘要
目的分析循经针刺联合隔药灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的效果。方法随机对照研究。抽取2020年3月至2023年6月铜川市人民医院南院收治的LDH患者80例,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组给予西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用循经针刺联合隔药灸治疗,持续治疗4周。比较两组临床疗效、腰腿疼痛程度、腰椎功能、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率(95.00%,38/40)高于对照组(77.50%,31/40),P<0.05;治疗前,两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组VAS评分[(1.29±0.36)分]、ODI[(11.37±1.54)分],低于对照组[(2.30±0.54)、(16.48±2.25)分],P<0.05;两组患者治疗期间均未发生明显不良反应。结论循经针刺联合隔药灸能够有效减轻LDH患者疼痛,改善腰椎功能。
Objective To analyze the effect of acupuncture along the meridian combined with medicinal moxibustion in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods This study was a randomized controlled study.A total of 80 LDH patients admitted to Southern Hospital of People’s Hospital of Tongchuan from March 2020 to June 2023 were selected.And they were divided into the control group and the observation group using a random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,while the observation group was treated by acupuncture along the meridians combined with medicinal moxibustion based the treatment of the control group;and the treatment lasted for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,degree of lower back and leg pain,lumbar function,and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(95.00%,38/40)was higher than that of the control group(77.50%,31/40),P<0.05.Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in visual analogue scale(VAS)scores and Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS score and ODI score in the observation group were 1.29±0.36 and 11.37±1.54,respectively,both of which were lower than the 2.30±0.54 and 16.48±2.25 in the control group,correspondingly(P<0.05).Neither group had any significant adverse reaction during the treatment period.Conclusions Acupuncture along the meridian combined with medicinal moxibustion can effectively alleviate pain,and improve lumbar function in patients with LDH.
