摘要
目前乙二醇联产碳酸二甲酯产生的高盐废水直接进入废水蒸发装置,蒸发出的结晶杂盐作为固废进行处理,造成资源浪费及环境污染。针对以上问题,现对原高盐废水处理工艺进行优化,通过添加助剂对高盐废水进行化学反应、过滤除沉淀并将滤液蒸发结晶,烘干得到硝酸钠,所得硝酸钠产品纯度高,可直接作为工业盐使用,从而提高资源利用率,减少污染物排放。
At present,the high salt wastewater generated from the co-production of ethylene glycol and dimethyl carbonate directly enters the wastewater evaporation device,and the evapo-rated crystalline impurities are treated as solid waste,causing resource waste and environmental pollution.In response to the above issues,the original high salt wastewater treatment process has been optimized.The high salt wastewater is treated by adding additives for chemical reactions,fil-tration to remove sediment,and the filtrate is evaporated and crystallized.The resulting sodium ni-trate product has high purity and can be directly used as industrial salt,thereby improving resource utilization and reducing pollutant emissions.
