摘要
医生推荐是在线问诊平台的研究热点之一,为了向患者提供更加精准、个性化的医生推荐,提出一种融合ERNIE和双向注意力流的医生推荐算法。首先,利用ERNIE预训练模型对患者疾病描述进行词向量编码,通过弱监督的方式自定义标签生成医生擅长文本训练数据,再将医生职称信息与擅长文本进行拼接输入到ERNIE模型中;其次,采用双向注意力流(bi-directional attention flow)捕捉医生文本中的关键信息,学习患者疾病描述文本和医生文本的关系,获得融合患者信息的医生综合特征向量;最后,将医生综合特征和患者特征进行相似度计算产生推荐结果。利用来自“好大夫在线”的真实数据进行了不同算法实验对比,结果表明所提算法在推荐性能上有明显提升。
Doctor recommendation is one of the research hotspots in online consultation platforms.In order to provide more accurate and personalized doctor recommendations to patients,a doctor recommendation algorithm is proposed that integrates the ERNIE model and bi-directional attention flow.Firstly,the patient′s disease description is encoded into word vectors using the ERNIE pre-training model.A custom label is generated through weak supervision to create training data for doctors′expertise text,which is then concatenated with the doctor′s title information and input into the ERNIE model.Secondly,bi-directional attention flow is used to capture key information in the doctor′s text and learn the relationship between the patient′s disease description text and the doctor′s text,obtaining a comprehensive feature vector of doctors that incorporates patient information.Finally,the similarity between the doctor′s comprehensive features and the patient′s features is calculated to generate the recommendation results.Experiments were conducted using real data from"Haodaifu Online",and comparing different algorithms.The experimental results showed that the proposed algorithm had a significant improvement in recommendation performance.
