摘要
基于产学研协同创新视角,以省域为空间单元,测算并比较产学研三大主体的旅游创新投入产出效率及空间特征,并进一步分析创新效率对旅游产业绩效的影响。选择旅游企业、高校及科研机构为旅游创新主体的代表,采用DEA模型和灰色关联方法对3个不同时段的投入产出数据进行分析。结果表明:各省份三大主体的旅游创新效率值总体偏低,并呈现出“一带一路”沿线,“东南-西北”和东部沿海地区等省份创新效率值较高的空间格局;三大主体旅游创新效率的协调度不高,部分省份达到高平衡状态;三大主体的旅游创新效率均与省域旅游产业绩效存在显著相关性。相关结果有助于理解区域旅游创新的结构和过程,为我国旅游创新资源的合理分配提供参考。
The article is firstly to measure and compare the efficiency and spatial characteristics of innovation input and output of industry-university-research in tourism from the perspective of industry-university-research collaborative innovation and at the level of a province.Furthermore,it analyzes the impact of innovation efficiency on the industry performance in tourism.Tourism enterprises,universities,and research institutions are selected as representatives of tourism innovation entities,and input-output data from three different periods are analyzed by DEA model and grey correlation method.The results show that(1)the overall tourism innovation efficiency of the three entities in each province is relatively low,with higher innovation efficiency values for some provinces along the Belt and Road Initiative,in the southeast-northwest and eastern coastal areas,(2)the coordination of tourism innovation efficiency among the three entities is not high,with some provinces achieving a high balance,and(3)the tourism innovation efficiency of the three entities is significantly correlated with the industry performance of tourism at the provincial level.These findings contribute to the understanding of the structure and the process of regional tourism innovation,which will provide references for the rational allocation of tourism innovation resources in China.
