摘要
再制造是在传统产业的基础上发展起来的一个新产业,是发展循环经济和绿色经济的重要工业流程,对我国经济社会的可持续发展具有重大意义。我国是机械产品的制造和使用大国,各类机械产品,例如机床、矿山设备、工程机械等,市场保有量均在世界上名列前茅,因此我国机械产品的再制造具有广阔的市场前景和巨大的发展潜力,受到了国家、行业、制造商和用户的广泛关注。机械产品再制造标准体系的建设和完善,是规范再制造工艺和再制造产品质量的重要环节,对推动再制造行业的健康有序发展至关重要。本文概述了国内外机械产品再制造业的发展及标准现状,并基于我国再制造标准体系存在的问题提出几点建议。
Remanufacturing is a new industry developed on the basis of traditional industries and is an important industrial process for the development of circular economy and green economy,which is of great significance to the sustainable development of China’s economy and society.China is a major manufacturer and user of mechanical products,with market holdings of various mechanical products,such as machine tools,mining equipment and construction machinery,ranking among the top in the world.Therefore,remanufacturing of mechanical products in China has broad market prospects and huge development potential,and has received widespread attention from the country,industries,manufacturers and users.The construction and improvement of the standards system of the mechanical product remanufacturing is an important link in standardizing the remanufacturing process and the quality of remanufactured products,and is crucial for promoting the healthy and orderly development of the remanufacturing industry.This paper outlines the status quo of the development and standards of international and domestic mechanical product remanufacturing and puts forward a few suggestions based on the problems of China’s remanufacturing standards system.
