摘要
水利工程建设是确保水资源合理利用与防洪安全的关键环节。灾害风险评估和防灾减灾技术的研究对提高工程可靠性、保护生态环境与社会经济稳定至关重要。首先探讨了水文水资源、地质、生态环境及社会经济方面的灾害风险评估方法,其次分析了相应的防灾减灾技术,最后通过案例分析,总结了灾害风险评估与防灾减灾技术在实际水利工程中的应用,指出了当前方法的优势及潜在的改进方向。
The construction of water conservancy projects is a key link to ensure the rational use of water resources and flood control safety,and research on disaster risk assessment and disaster prevention and mitigation technology is vitally important for improving project reliability,protecting the ecological environment and maintaining socioeconomic stability.This paper firstly discusses the disaster risk assessment method in the aspects of hydrology and water resources,geology,the ecological environment and socio-economics,and then analyzes the corresponding di⁃saster prevention and reduction technology.Finally,it summarizes the application of disaster risk assessment and di⁃saster prevention and mitigation technology in actual water conservancy projects through case analysis,and points out the advantages and potential improvement directions of the current method.
