摘要
针对热塑性复合材料构件热压成型工艺产生褶皱缺陷问题,本文基于ABAQUS有限元软件建立了热塑性复合材料L形构件热压成型数值仿真分析方法,通过层合板力学性能和热物性能测试确定仿真分析所需材料参数,并通过试验验证了建立的仿真分析方法能够用于褶皱缺陷研究,在此基础上探究了层合板预热温度、模具初始温度和支撑弹簧刚度3个工艺参数对L形构件热压成型后褶皱缺陷的影响规律。结果表明:(1)层合板预热温度越高,模具初始温度越低,L形构件出现褶皱缺陷的区域越大,层合板预热温度为380℃时,模具初始温度为180℃时,褶皱缺陷的区域最小;(2)弹簧刚度过大或者过小,褶皱缺陷的区域都会增大,弹簧刚度为1.2 N/mm时,褶皱缺陷的范围最小。
Addressing the issue of wrinkle defects in the hot-press forming process of thermoplastic composite components,a numerical simulation analysis method for the hot-press forming of thermoplastic composite L-shaped components was introduced using the ABAQUS finite element software.Material parameters required for the simulation analysis are determined by testing the mechanical and thermophysical properties of the laminate.Experimental validation demonstrates that the established simulation analysis method can be effectively utilized for studying wrinkle defects.Based on this foundation,the article further explores the effect of three process parameters-the laminate preheating temperature,the initial mold temperature,and the stiffness of the support spring-on the wrinkle defects of the L-shaped components after hot-press forming.The results indicate that:(1)The higher the preheating temperature of the laminate and the lower the initial temperature of the mold,the larger the area of wrinkle defects that appear in the L-shaped component.When the preheating temperature of the laminate is 380℃and the initial temperature of the mold is 180℃,the occurrence of wrinkle defects is minimized.(2)Both excessively high and excessively low spring stiffness will increase the occurrence of wrinkle defects.When the spring stiffness is 1.2 N/mm,the occurrence of wrinkle defects is minimized.
