摘要
为改善我国低生育率问题,国家出台了“三孩政策”。然而,我国妇女生育率仍在下降,其中,职业女性生育率下降尤其明显。影响职业女性的生育因素有多种,本文对“三孩政策”背景下我国职业女性生育的影响因素进行文献梳理和综述,以期为政府后期政策拟定采取更多有效措施提高职业女性生育意愿提供参考。
To address the issue of low fertility rates in China,the government has introduced the"three-child policy".However,the fertility rate among women in China continues to decline,with a particularly significant decrease among professional women.There are various factors that affect the fertility of professional women.This article conducts a literature review and overview of the factors affecting the fertility of professional women in the context of the"three-child policy"in China,in order to provide reference for the government to take more effective measures to improve the fertility willingness of professional women in the later stage of policy formulation.
