摘要
[目的/意义]在全球经济一体化条件下,知识产权作为国家发展战略性资源和国际竞争力核心要素的作用更加凸显,从知识产权政策规划的制定与落实到知识产权学科专业的建设与发展,都亟需对知识产权研究的国内外演进状况进行全景描绘。[方法/过程]以CSSCI作为国内论文数据来源,以WOS核心合集数据库作为国际论文数据来源,运用CiteSpace绘制国内外知识产权研究的可视化知识图谱,探索国内外知识产权研究的演进脉络和热点前沿并进行比较分析。[结果/结论]国内外知识产权研究主题的演进步伐不一致,国内研究从以法学为主导向多学科交叉研究演变,并探索中国特色知识产权发展道路。
[Purpose/significance]Under the condition of global economic integration,the role of intellectual property as a strategic resource for national development and the core element of international competitiveness has become more prominent.From the formulation and implementation of intellectual property policy planning to the construction and development of intellectual property disciplines,there is an urgent need for a panoramic picture of the domestic and international evolution of intellectual property research.[Method/process]Taking CSSCI as the data source of domestic papers and WOS core collection database as the data source of international papers,this paper uses CiteSpace to draw the visual knowledge graph of the domestic and international intellectual property research,explores the evolution context and hot frontiers of the domestic and international intellectual property research,and makes a comparative analysis.[Result/conclusion]The pace of evolution of the domestic and international intellectual property research topics is inconsistent.Domestic research has evolved from a predominantly legal-oriented approach to multidisciplinary cross-disciplinary research,which is exploring the development path of intellectual property with Chinese characteristics.
