摘要
通过对3个不同浓度梯度的大米中镉含量进行均匀性和稳定性的测试,确定符合能力验证要求的样品。本实验依据单因子方差分析测评样品的均匀性,依据t检验法测评样品的稳定性。结果表明,在室温25℃时,3个浓度梯度的样品在各自的样品内以及样品间都没有明显差异,说明样品的均匀性符合能力验证样品要求,样品在测定期内稳定性良好,可作为能力验证样品分发给各个实验室进行大米中镉含量检测的能力验证计划。
By testing the uniformity and stability of cadmium content in rice with 3 different concentration gradients,the samples meeting the requirements of capability verification were determined.In this experiment,the uniformity of samples was evaluated by single factor ANOVA and the stability of samples was evaluated by t-test.The results showed that at room temperature of 25℃,the samples with 3 concentration gradients had no significant difference in their own samples and between samples.The results showed that the homogeneity of the samples met the requirements of the ability to verify the samples,and the samples had good stability during the testing period.The capability verification program can be distributed as a capability verification sample to various laboratories for the detection of cadmium content in rice.
