摘要
优选酒川牛膝的最佳炮制工艺,为该药材的炮制加工提供参考。以外观性状、水溶性浸出物和杯苋甾酮为评价指标,采用正交试验法考察黄酒用量、闷润时间,炒制温度,炒制时间4个因素,优选酒川牛膝的加工炮制工艺。酒川牛膝的最优工艺为:取净川牛膝片适量,加入15%的黄酒拌匀,闷润0.5 h,置于150℃的炒药设备中,炒制约15 min,取出,晾凉,筛去碎屑即可。优选的酒川牛膝加工工艺稳定可行,可以为酒川牛膝的产业化生产提供一定的技术支持。
The best technology of wine-processed Cyathulae Radix was optimized and a reference was provided for processing and preparing of this herb.The orthogonal test was used to investigate the effects of the dosage of yellow rice wine,soaking time,stir-fry temperature and stir-fry time four factors,used appearance and water-soluble extract and cyasterone as comprehensive evaluation index,optimizing processing technology of wine-processed Cyathulae Radix.The best process for wine-processed Cyathulae Radix were as follows:taking raw Cyathulae Radix,with 15% dosage of yellow rice wineand mix well,soaking 0.5 h,putting in stir-frying machine at 150℃,sauted about 15 min,then taken out and cooled down.Optimizing the wine-processed Cyathulae Radix processing technology was stable and feasible,could provide a technical support for wine-processed Cyathulae Radix industrial production.
