摘要
目的:分析认知图式健康宣教联合凯格尔运动在子宫内膜癌子宫全切术后对膀胱功能恢复的影响.方法:选取2020年1月至2022年1月于本院因子宫内膜癌行子宫全切术的86例患者作为研究对象,根据不同宣教方式将其分为观察组(n=44,认知图式健康宣教联合凯格尔运动)和对照组(n=42例,常规健康宣教).比较两组患者疾病健康知识掌握程度、留置尿管时间和术后并发症发生率.结果:观察组患者对疾病健康知识掌握情况明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率和留置尿管时间均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:认知图式健康宣教联合凯格尔运动可促使患者对疾病全面了解,利于患者术后恢复,预后更佳.
Objective:To analyze the effect of cognitive schema health education combined with Kegel exercise on bladder function recovery after total hysterectomy for endometrial cancer.Methods:A total of 86 patients who underwent total hysterectomy for endometrial cancer in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected for analysis,and according to different education methods,they were divided into the observation group(n=44,cognitive schema health education combined with Kegel exercise)and control group(n=42,routine health education).The degree of knowledge of disease and health,the time of indwelling catheter and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The patients in the observation group had significantly higher knowledge of disease and health than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the the incidence of postoperative complications and indwelling catheter time in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cognitive schema health education combined with Kegel exercise can promote patients to have a better understanding of the disease,better postoperative recovery,and a better prognosis.
