摘要
随着经济的发展,建筑行业呈现飞速发展的趋势。为满足建筑行业的发展要求,建筑企业需要对建筑工程管理工作做出相应的调整。基于此,文章分析了装配式建筑工程管理中的影响因素,并提出了相应的管理对策,以期为相关工作人员提供参考。
With the development of the economy,the construction industry is showing a trend of rapid development.To meet the development requirements of the construction industry,construction enterprises need to make corresponding adjustments to the management of construction projects.Based on this,the article analyzes the influencing factors in the management of prefabricated construction projects and proposes corresponding management strategies,in order to provide reference for relevant personnel.
