摘要
目的探究硝苯地平联合硫酸镁治疗妊娠高血压患者的作用。方法随机选取2021年8月—2023年8月济宁市兖州区人民医院收治的70例妊娠高血压患者作为研究对象,采用盲摸双色球法分为联合组、单一组,各35例。单一组给予硫酸镁治疗,联合组在单一组基础上加用硝苯地平治疗。比较两组治疗效果、血压控制情况、相关临床指标、不良反应发生情况、妊娠结局情况。结果联合组治疗总有效率高于单一组,联合组血压水平低于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。联合组内皮素、一氧化氮、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6及超敏C反应蛋白水平均优于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.629,P>0.05)。联合组不良妊娠结局率低于单一组(8.58%vs28.57%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.629,P<0.05)。结论硝苯地平联合硫酸镁治疗妊娠期高血压患者能够提高治疗效果,控制血压发展,改善相关临床指标,减少不良反应发生,优化妊娠结局。
Objective To explore the effect of nifedipine combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of patients with gestational hypertension.Methods 70 patients with gestational hypertension admitted to Jining Yanzhou District People's Hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 were randomly selected as the research subjects.They were divided into combined group and single group using blind touch dual color ball method,with 35 cases in each group.The single group was treated with magnesium sulfate,while the combined group was treated with nifedipine in addition to the single group.The treatment effects,blood pressure control,relevant clinical indexes,incidence of adverse reactions,and pregnancy outcomes between two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the single group,and the blood pressure level of the combined group was lower than that of the single group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The levels of endothelin,nitric oxide,tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6,and hypersensitive C-reactive protein in the combined group were better than those in the single group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the combined group was lower than that in the single group(8.58%vs28.57%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.629,P<0.05).Conclusion Nifedipine combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of patients with gestational hypertension can improve the therapeutic effect,control the development of blood pressure,improve the relevant clinical indexes,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,optimize the outcome of pregnancy.
