摘要
习近平文化思想中蕴含着促进文化生产和文化传播繁荣发展这一重大命题。在网络空间,这一命题的现实性、重要性、迫切性不断凸显。网络空间实质上是一个新的文化生产空间,在这个空间中,文化生产和文化传播具有极大的耦合性,甚至是同一个过程,文化生产即文化传播,文化传播即文化生产,而文化传播的核心任务是传播价值观。以网络文化生产传播和弘扬社会主义核心价值观推进社会主义核心价值观大众化,是推进和拓展中国式现代化、建设中华民族现代文明、创造人类文明新形态的重要途径。由于互联网具有超时空性,网络文化生产只能在经济全球化或市场经济中展开,文化的资本逻辑和资本的文化逻辑必然伸展于其中,因而网络文化生产传播和弘扬社会主义核心价值观必然遭到资本及其逻辑的阻击以及西方“普世价值”等的挑战,其任务的艰巨性、形势的复杂性都是前所未有的。因此,推动网络文化生产高质量发展,既要解决为谁生产、由谁生产以及如何生产等问题,以人本逻辑超越资本逻辑,也要坚持以社会主义核心价值观大众化为轴、以供给侧结构性改革为主、以帮助消费者选择性接受为辅的基本原则,回归日常生活,创造生产者和消费者的“视域交融”,凝聚价值共识,为推进中国式现代化、建设中华民族现代文明提供强大的精神力量。
Xi Jinping Thought on Culture contains the important proposition of promoting the prosperity and development of cultural production and cultural dissemination.In the network space,the reality,importance and urgency of this proposition continue to highlight.Cyberspace is essentially a new space of cultural production,in which cultural production and cultural communication have great coupling,or even the same process.Cultural production is cultural communication,and cultural communication is cultural production,and the core task of cultural communication is to spread values.It is an important way to promote and expand the Chinese-style modernization,build the modern civilization of the Chinese nation,and create a new form of human civilization to disseminate and carry forward the socialist core values and promote the popularization of socialist core values through network cultural production.Because the Internet is beyond time and space,the production of network culture can only be carried out in the economic globalization or market economy,and the capital logic of culture and the cultural logic of capital are inevitably extended in it.Therefore,the production and dissemination of network culture and the promotion of socialist core values are bound to be blocked by capital and its logic and challenged by western“universal values”.The enormity of its tasks and the complexity of the situation are unprecedented.Therefore,to promote the high-quality development of network cultural production,we must not only solve the problems of who to produce for,by and how to produce,but also exceed the logic of capital with people-oriented logic,but also adhere to the basic principles of popularization of socialist core values as the axis,supply-side structural reform as the main,and help consumers to selectively accept the basic principles,and return to daily life.Create the“vision integration”of producers and consumers,gather value consensus,and provide a strong spiritual force for promoting Chinese-style modernization and building the modern civilization of the Chinese nation.
