Simulation technology has achieved significant accomplishments in various fields,ranging from structural,dynamic,thermodynamic to fluid dynamics.It not only provides designers with a means to test and validate product performance in a virtual environment but also offers comprehensive and reliable data support for addressing real engineering problems.This paper explores the diverse applications of simulation technology in mechanical design and manufacturing,with a focus on its precise simulation in areas such as structure,dynamics,and thermodynamics.It comprehensively showcases the driving role of simulation technology in the development of the mechanical manufacturing industry,revealing its immense potential in addressing engineering challenges.
