“工业上楼”开启了城市工业建筑向高密度园区转型的新趋势,以深圳宝龙专精特新产业园为例,探讨了在“工业上楼”背景下,工业园区设计的底层逻辑与模式。聚焦产业本身,注重生产工艺流程,构建产业生态链,关注园区与城市的关系和成本控制,是“工业上楼”项目成功的关键要素。
"Industrial verticalization"has initiated a new trend of transforming urban industrial buildings into high-density parks.Taking Shenzhen Baolong SRDI Industry Park as an example,this article explores the underlying logic and mode of industrial park design in the context of"industrial verticalization"Focusing on the industry itself,emphasizing production processes,building industrial ecosystem chains,and paying attention to the relationship between the park and the city as well as costing control are the key elements to achieve industrial verticalization"park's success.
