摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定大米粉中的铅含量,对测定结果的不确定度进行评定。分别对样品处理、标准溶液配制、标准曲线拟合以及测量重复性等影响不确定度的分量进行分析。结果表明,标准溶液配制对电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定大米粉中铅含量的不确定度贡献最大。当包含因子k=2时,扩展不确定度为0.030 mg/kg,电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定大米粉中铅含量的结果为(0.232±0.032) mg/kg。该评定结果可为实验室进行铅含量检测和实验室质量控制提供参考依据。
The lead content in rice flour was determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,and the uncertainty of the result was evaluated.The components that affect uncertainty,such as sample processing,standard solution preparation,standard curve fitting,and measurement repeatability were analyzed respectively,The results showed that the preparation of standard solution contributed the most to the uncertainty of lead content determination in rice flour by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.When the coverage factor k was 2,the expanded uncertainty was 0.030 mg/kg,and the lead in rice flour determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was(0.232±0.032)mg/kg.The results can provide a reference for laboratory lead content detection and laboratory quality control.
