Mirror of Artistic Exchanges between China and France:Taking the Copperplate Prints of the Victory in the Pacification of the Dzungar and Muslim Regions as an Example

摘要清代乾、嘉、道年间出现的8套宫廷铜版“战功图”,创作时间跨越68年之久,是中国历代国家叙事艺术中的经典之作,展现了精湛的创作技术和高贵的装裱艺术,而且从学术角度看具有极高的研究价值。其背后的刻印技术传播,不仅是一个纯技术的转移,而且包含了丰富的社会和政治背景。本文重点探讨了18世纪铜版画技术如何从西方传入中国,并在《乾隆平定准部回部战功图》中得到了完美地体现。研究过程涵盖了从传教士引进铜版画技术、清宫中的技术研制,到法国皇家美术学院刻印“战功图”的全过程,以及“战功图”的本土化和刻印技术在中国的再传播。旨在强调铜版画技术在中国传播的重要性,以及中国艺术在全球交流中的独特地位和价值。 Eight sets of“victory in wars”-themed court copperplate prints that appeared during the reign of Emperor Qianlong,Jiaqing and Daoguang of the Qing Dynasty and were created in as long as 68 years,are classics in the national narrative art of China.They refect superb creation techniques and framing art,and are of great research value from an academic point of view.The spread of engraving technologies behind them not only represent a transfer of technologies,but also contain rich social and political backgrounds.This article focuses on how copperplate technologies were introduced from the west to China in the 18th Century and were perfectly used in creating the Victory in the Pacification of the Dzungar and Muslim Regions.The research covers the entire process from the introduction of copperplate technologies by missionaries,the development of these technologies in the Qing court,to the engraving of“victory in wars”-themed paintings by the Royal Academy of Painting and Sculpture in France and the localization of these paintings and the further spread of engraving technologies in China.This article aims to emphasize the importance of the spread of copperplate technologies in China,as well as the unique status and value of Chinese art in global exchanges.
