摘要
目的 观察空气压力治疗仪在缓解乳腺癌白蛋白结合型紫杉醇致下肢肌肉关节疼痛中的治疗效果。方法 研究对象为2020-02-01-2023-02-01河南大学第一附属医院收治的150例接受白蛋白结合型紫杉醇化学治疗的乳腺癌患者,采用随机数字表法分为2组,对照组和观察组各75例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者除常规护理之外,使用空气压力治疗仪,并比较2组患者在化疗期间的生活质量、双下肢疼痛评分、疼痛持续时间以及患者满意度。结果 治疗后,观察组患者生理情况评分为(7.20±3.59)分,低于对照组的(11.80±2.36)分,t=7.816,P<0.001;情感情况评分为(10.24±1.81)分,低于对照组的(11.80±1.59)分,t=5.505,P<0.001;功能情况评分为(20.48±1.80)分,高于对照组的(13.80±3.91)分,t=13.422,P<0.001;社会/家庭情况评分为(22.28±2.00)分,高于对照组的(16.16±2.79)分,t=15.447,P<0.001。观察组患者疼痛评分为(1.36±0.63)分,低于对照组的(3.08±0.80)分,t=14.622,P<0.001;疼痛持续时间为(4.44±0.77) d,短于对照组的(7.32±1.18) d,t=17.701,P<0.001。观察组患者非常满意33例,满意30例,基本满意11例,不满意1例,对照组患者非常满意27例,满意17例,基本满意21例,不满意10例,观察组患者护理满意度(98.67%)高于对照组(86.67%),差异有统计学意义,χ^(2)=7.946,P<0.001。结论 空气压力治疗仪在乳腺癌患者接受白蛋白结合型紫杉醇化学治疗期间所致的肌肉关节疼痛中起到有效的缓解作用,能够改善患者化疗期间生活质量,降低下肢肌肉关节疼痛程度并缩短疼痛持续时间,提高化疗期间患者的满意度。
Objective To observe the effects of air pressure therapeutic apparatus in relieving lower limb muscles and joints pain caused by albumin-bound paclitaxel chemotherapy in breast cancer.Methods Totally 150 breast cancer patients who received paclitaxel protein-bound chemotherapy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University from February 1,2020 to February 1,2023 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into two groups,75 patients in the control group and 75 patients in the observation group.The control group was given routine care.In addition to routine care,the observation group received additional air pressure therapy device treatment.The quality of life,lower limb pain scores,pain duration,and patient satisfaction between two groups of patients during chemotherapy were compared.Results After treatment,the physiological condition score of the observation group patients was(7.20±3.59)points,lower than that of the control group(11.80±2.36)points,t=7.816,P<0.001.The emotional score was(10.24±1.81)points,lower than that of the control group(11.80±1.59)points,t=5.505,P<0.001.The functional score was(20.48±1.80)points,higher than that of the control group(13.80±3.91)points,t=13.422,P<0.001.The social/family situation score was(22.28±2.00),higher than that of the control group's(16.16±2.79)score,t=15.447,P<0.001.The pain score of the observation group patients was(1.36±0.63)points,lower than that of the control group(3.08±0.80)points,t=14.622,P<0.001.The duration of pain was(4.44±0.77)days,shorter than that of the control group(7.32±1.18)days,t=17.701,P<0.001.Thirty-three patients in the observation group were very satisfied,30 were satisfied,11 were basically satisfied,and 1 was dissatisfied.Twenty-seven patients in the control group were very satisfied,17 were satisfied,21 were basically satisfied,and 10 was dissatisfied.The nursing satisfaction of the observation group(98.67%)was higher than that of the control group(86.67%),and the difference was statistically significant,χ^(2)=7.946,P<0.001.Conclusion The air pressure therapeutic apparatus plays an effective role in alleviating the muscles and joints pain for the patients with breast cancer receiving albumin-bound paclitaxel chemotherapy,improving the quality of life of patients during chemotherapy,reducing the degree of muscles and joints pain in lower limbs,shortening the duration of pain,and improving the satisfaction of patients during chemotherapy.
