摘要
目的:探讨价值流程图优化在静脉曲张术前准备中的应用效果。方法:选择2022年3月—2023年6月收治的静脉曲张手术患者96例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组48例。对照组采用围术期常规护理措施,观察组在对照组基础上加用基于价值流程图优化的术前准备流程干预。对比两组围术期指标(术前准备时间、术中停顿时间)、干预前后应对方式[医学应对方式问卷(MCMQ)]、心理应激反应[症状自评量表(SCL-90)]评分以及护理满意度[纽卡斯尔护理满意度量表(NSNS)]。结果:观察组术前准备时间、术中停顿时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组MCMQ中面对维度评分均升高(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组MCMQ中回避、屈服维度评分和SCL-90中躯体化、强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对维度评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将基于价值流程图优化的术前准备流程用于静脉曲张手术前准备中,可缩短术前准备和术中停顿时间,减轻患者心理应激反应,提升其对护理工作的满意度。
Objective:To explore the application effect of value flowchart optimization in preoperative preparation for varicose veins.Methods:All 96 patients who underwent varicose vein surgery in hospital from March 2022 to June 2023 were included in the study.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table method,with 48 patients in each group.The control group received routine perioperative nursing measures,while the observation group received preoperative preparation process intervention based on value flow chart optimization in addition to the control group's operations.The related indexes of perioperative indicators(preoperative preparation time,intraoperative pause time),coping style before and after intervention [medical coping style questionnaire(MCMQ)],psychological stress reaction [symptom checklist 90(SCL-90)]and nursing satisfaction [Newcastle nursing satisfaction scale(NSNS)]were compared between the two groups.Results:The preoperative preparation time and intraoperative pause time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,both groups of MCMQ showed an increase in face dimension scores(P<0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of avoidance and surrender dimensions in both MCMQ groups,as well as the scores of somatization,compulsion,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,and hostile dimensions in SCL-90,decreased,and the scores of all dimensions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying the optimized preoperative preparation process based on value flow chart in varicose vein surgery can shorten the preoperative preparation and intraoperative pause time,reduce patients' psychological stress reactions,and improve their satisfaction with nursing work.
