摘要
四川盆地页岩气储层具有埋藏深、地温梯度高、含气量大的特点,高密度钾聚磺钻井液体系因其独特的性能被广泛应用于四川盆地页岩气井钻井并取得了优异的效果。高密度钾聚磺水基钻井液体系本身固相含量高,自由水含量少,钻井液流变性调控手段有限且难度较大。因该区域地层具有大量的微裂缝,同时富含酸性气体,钻井过程中地层容易被释放出并溶于钻井液中,导致钻井液的流变性能恶化,出现钻井液黏度上升,甚至无法流动的情况,严重影响钻井安全和效率。
Shale gas reservoirs in the Sichuan Basin have the characteristics of deep burial,high geothermal gradient,and high gas content.The high-density potassium polysulfonate drilling fluid system has been widely used in shale gas well drilling in the Sichuan Basin due to its unique performance and has achieved excellent results.The high-density potassium polysulfonate water-based drilling fluid system itself has a high solid content and low free water content,and the means of controlling the rheological properties of the drilling fluid are limited and difficult.Due to the presence of numerous microcracks and the abundance of acidic gases in the formation of this area,the formation is easily released and dissolved in the drilling fluid during the drilling process,resulting in a deterioration of the rheological properties of the drilling fluid,an increase in its viscosity,and even inability to flow,seriously affecting drilling safety and efficiency.
