基于激光点云的建筑裂缝与外观缺陷检测方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 探究将三维激光扫描技术应用于房屋安全性鉴定,通过采用传统检测手段对基于激光点云建筑裂缝与外观缺陷检测结果进行重复检测,验证激光点云检测建筑物表面裂缝和外观缺陷的可行性和可靠性,为城市老旧建筑、自建房屋开展建筑体检提供技术保障,及时发现潜在的安全隐患,保障人民群众生命财产安全。结果表明,南宁6栋建筑人工检测共发现304处缺陷,与三维激光扫描技术检测建筑裂缝与外观缺陷的检测结果比较,建筑缺陷错漏21处,错漏率为6.9%。 The purpose of this paper is to explore the application of three-dimensional laser scanning technology to the safety appraisal of buildings,and to repeatedly detect the results of cracks and appearance defects of buildings based on laser point cloud by using traditional detection methods.verify the feasibility and reliability of laser point cloud detection of building surface cracks and appearance defects,provide technical guarantee for building physical examination of old urban buildings and self-built buildings,and find potential safety risks in time,to ensure the safety of people's lives and property.The results show that a total of 304 defects were found in 6 buildings in Nanning.Compared with the detection results of cracks and appearance defects detected by three-dimensional laser scanning technology,21 building defects were missed,and the error rate was 6.9%.
