摘要
为掌握聊城市2023年新收获期小麦中的脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(Deoxynivalenol,DON)和玉米赤霉烯酮的污染情况,采集了聊城市新收获的小麦样品共284份。借助液相色谱法对小麦样品中含有的真菌毒素状况进行检测,依据《食品安全国家标准食品中真菌毒素限量》(GB 2761—2017)标准进行判定分析。结果表明,新收获的小麦中DON、玉米赤霉烯酮的检出率分别为85.6%、0%,超标率分别为1.4%、0%。可见聊城市新收获小麦受真菌毒素污染比较普遍,其中DON所引起的污染比较严重,出现了超过标准限量的情况,需引起有关部门的重视。
In order to understand the pollution of deoxynivalenol and zearalenone in wheat during the new harvest period in Liaocheng city in 2023,a total of 284 newly harvested wheat samples were collected.The liquid chromatography method was used to detect the mycotoxin situation,and the judgment and analysis were conducted according to the GB 2761—2017.The results showed that the detection rates of deoxynivalenol and zearalenone in newly harvested wheat were 85.6%and 0%,respectively,and the exceeding rates were 1.4%and 0%,respectively.It indicates that newly harvested wheat in Liaocheng city is commonly contaminated with fungal toxins,among which the pollution of deoxynivalenol is more severe,exceeding the standard limit,which needs to be taken seriously by relevant departments.
