摘要
本研究通过培养坚果类阳性样品,在不同温度、不同颗粒状态、不同保存时间下进行取样检测,旨在评估样品保存温度、保存时间以及样品状态对黄曲霉毒素B1检测结果的影响。结果表明,阳性样品在30℃条件下,黄曲霉毒素B1含量明显增加,在0~4℃和-18℃保存条件下,阳性样品的检测浓度基本不变;样品颗粒状态对检测结果影响较大,粉碎后的样品中黄曲霉毒素B1的含量增加更明显。
This study aims to evaluate the effects of sample storage temperature,time,and condition on the detection of aflatoxin B1 by culturing positive samples of nuts and conducting sampling tests at different temperatures,particle states,and storage times.The results showed that the content of aflatoxin B1 in positive samples significantly increased under 30℃conditions,and the detection concentration of positive samples remained basically unchanged under storage conditions of 0~4℃and-18℃;The particle state of the sample has a significant impact on the detection results,and the content of aflatoxin B1 in the crushed sample increases more significantly.
