摘要
高职智慧健康养老服务与管理专业学生是养老行业重要后备力量。但是,当前他们对养老服务行业的职业认同度较低,选择养老行业的就业意愿不强,而且入职后流失率高,影响了养老行业的高质量发展。究其原因,主要源于对养老行业的认识存在偏颇、对职业发展前景感到困惑、不适应工作环境和工作压力等。通过提高学生职业认知,明确职业发展规划并强化实践教学,可以有效提升学生的职业认同感,进一步推动我国养老事业的发展。
Higher vocational students majoring in smart health elderly care service and management are the main reserve talents in the pension industry.However,at present,the professional identity of those students in higher vocational education in China is not optimistic,and the talent turnover rate in the industry is high,which affects the positive development of China’s pension industry.The reasons for this are that there are problems such as biased understanding of the pension industry,confusion such as career development,problems of unsuitable working environment and work pressure.It is suggested to improve students’career awareness,clarify career development planning and strengthen practical teaching to improve students’profes-sional identity level,and further promote the development of China’s pension industry.
