摘要
语码转换是交际者在言语交际过程中使用2种或2种以上语言或语言变体的一种社会文化现象。近年来,话语交际中的语码转换日益频繁,引起国内外语言研究者的关注。基于语言顺应论,采用质性文本研究方法,探究网络话语中语码转换产生的语用动因。研究发现,语码转换既是话语交际者在网络交际中的语言选择,也是一种交际策略;语码转换的语用动因是对语言现实、社会规约的被动顺应和对心理动机的主动顺应。
Code-switching refers to a sociocultural phenomenon in which communicators use two or more languages or language variants in the course of verbal communication.In recent years,code-switching in verbal communication of Chinese has become increasingly frequent,which has aroused great interest of linguists both home and abroad.Based on Adaptation Theory,this paper takes code-switching in computer-mediated communication as the research corpus,exploring the motivation of code-switching by means of qualitative text study.Through data analysis,the author argues,code-switching is not only a language choice but also a communication strategy,whose pragmatic motivation lies in either passive or positive adaptation in response to language reality and social conventions,and to psychological motivation.
