摘要
目的:分析尿干化学分析法联合尿沉渣分析仪法检测尿白细胞、尿红细胞及管型结果的临床价值.方法:选取2023年2—8月于盘州市人民医院开展尿液检测的患者216例作为研究对象,均接受尿干化学分析法、尿沉渣分析仪法、显微镜检查法,检测尿白细胞、尿红细胞以及透明管型结果,分析尿干化学分析法、尿沉渣分析仪法联合应用的效果.结果:尿干化学分析法、尿沉渣分析仪法检测尿白细胞、尿红细胞及透明管型水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).联合检测的灵敏度、准确性、阴性预测值均高于两种方法单独检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而特异度和阳性预测值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:尿白细胞、尿红细胞及管型结果检测中,采取尿干化学分析法、尿沉渣分析仪法联合检测,能够保证较为准确可靠的疾病诊断结果,临床应用价值较高.
Objective:To analyze the clinical value of urine dry chemical analysis combined with urine sediment analyzer to detect urine white blood cell,urine red blood cell and urine tube type.Methods:A total of two hundred and sixteen patients who underwent urine testing in Panzhou People's Hospital from February to August 2023 were selected as the study objects,and all of them were subjected to urine dry chemical analysis,urine sediment analyzer and microscope examination.The results of urine white blood cell,urine red blood cell and transparent tube type were detected,and the combined application of urine dry chemical analysis and urine sediment analyzer was analyzed.Results:The levels of white blood cells,red blood cells,and transparent tube type detected by urine dry chemical analysis and urine sediment analyzer,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The sensitivity,accuracy,and negative predictive value of the combined detection were higher than those of the two methods tested separately,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the difference in specificity and positive predictive value was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the detection of urine white blood cells,urine red blood cells and tube type results,the combination of urine dry chemical analysis and urine sediment analyzer can ensure more accurate and reliable disease diagnosis results,and has high clinical application value.
