摘要
铸造钛合金比重小、比强度高、高低温力学性能好,是一种优良的铸件结构材料,广泛用于航空航天用发动机关键部件和飞机机身结构件的制造。但在ZTC4钛合金整体精铸铸件中存在气孔、夹杂、裂纹等诸多缺陷,且在热等静压后存在需补焊凹陷。故研究钛合金精铸件铸造缺陷的氩弧焊补焊排除技术有重要意义。通过焊接工艺试验,优化焊接工艺参数和焊前-焊后热处理工艺,调整焊缝的组织和应力状态,确定最佳焊接工艺参数,以避免在焊缝凝固过程形成较大的应力集中。结果表明:补焊次数对接头的室温拉伸和冲击性能的影响不大,焊前预热和焊后热处理可以有效地降低焊接接头残余应力,防止补焊裂纹的出现。
Casting titanium alloy with small specific gravity,high strength,high and low temperature mechanical properties,is an excellent casting structural materials,widely used in aerospace engine key components and aircraft fuselage structure manufacturing.However,there are many defects such as pores,inclusions and cracks are found inside the ZTC4 alloy castings,so the welding repair is necessary after hot isostatic pressing.Therefore,it is important to study the repair welding technology of casting defects.In this paper,the optimized welding parameters is obtained based on the welding experiments,preheating and post-weld heat treatment process,which improve the weld microstructure and stress concentration.The results show that the number of repair welding has slight effect on the tensile strength and impact properties of the joint.The welding preheating and post-weld heat treatment can effectively reduce the residual stress of the welded joint and reduce the occurrence of welding crack.
