摘要
详细分析了国土空间总体规划指导下的城市发展战略内容,并强调了国土空间规划对于城市发展方向和策略制定的指导作用。同时,全面分析了城市发展战略的实施,包括市场环境与政策环境的构建,以及投资环境与资金保障的重要性。
This paper analyzes the content of the urban development strategy under the guidance of the overall territorial spatial planning in detail,and emphasizes the guiding role of the territorial spatial planning for the urban development direction and strategy formulation.At the same time,it also comprehensively analyzes the implementation of urban development strategy,including the construction of market environment and policy environment,as well as the importance of investment environment and capital guarantee.
