摘要
“三农”工作是社会主义现代化建设的重点工作。一直以来,国家高度重视“三农”问题,在加大农业灌溉投入的同时,节水灌溉技术得以迅速发展,高效节水灌溉面积也逐年扩大。为充分利用高效节水灌溉技术推进农田水利工程建设,首先对高效节水灌溉技术进行概述,归纳总结出几种常见的高效节水灌溉技术方法,然后通过分析高效节水灌溉技术在农田水利工程建设实际应用过程中存在的问题,提出了一系列高效节水灌溉技术应用措施,为推进农业节水、提高农业用水效率和效益提供参考。
The work of agriculture,rural areas,and farmers is a key focus of socialist modernization construction.Throughout the years,the country has attached great importance to the issues of agriculture,rural areas,and farmers.While increasing investment in agricultural irrigation,water-saving irrigation technology has rapidly developed,and the area of efficient water-saving irrigation has been expanding year by year.In order to fully utilize efficient water-saving irrigation technology to promote the construction of agricultural water conservancy projects,this paper first provides an overview of efficient water-saving irrigation technology,summarizes several common methods of efficient water-saving irrigation technology,analyzes the problems existing in the practical application of efficient water-saving irrigation technology in agricultural water conservancy project construction,andfinally proposes a series of measures for the application of efficient water-saving irrigation technology,providing reference for promoting agricultural water-saving,improving agricultural water use efficiency and benefits.
