摘要
目的:探究浮针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:选取织金县中医医院2021年7月—2023年12月收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者60例,以抽签法分为对照组与试验组,各30例。对照组采用普通针刺疗法,试验组采用普通针刺联合浮针治疗。比较两组临床疗效、疼痛情况、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)。结果:治疗后,试验组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后疼痛评分、ODI评分均低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对腰椎间盘突出症患者实施浮针治疗,能改善疼痛与功能障碍,临床疗效显著。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of floating needle on lumbar disc herniation.Methods:Sixty patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Zhijin County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group by drawing lots,with thirty cases in each group.The control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture,and the experimental group was treated with ordinary acupuncture combined with floating needle.The clinical efficacy,pain status and Oswestry disability index(ODI)were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the pain score and ODI score of the two groups were lower after treatment than before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Floating needle therapy for patients with lumbar disc herniation can improve pain and dysfunction,and the clinical effect is remarkable.
