摘要
在预防人工关节置换术(TJA)的术后感染中,对关节植入物表面抗菌改性具有十分重要的临床及社会意义,近些年相关研发持续受到人们的关注。本文主要从关于抗菌药物、药物载体、具有抗菌性能植入物材料和医疗器械的相关专利申请进行了综述,通过近10年专利申请数据,分析和汇总了研究热点和技术发展情况。
The surface modification of joint implants for the antibacterial activity is of great clinical and social significance in preventing postoperative infections in Total Joint Arthroplasty(TJA).In recent years,related research and development have received continuous attention.This article mainly provides a review of patent applications related to antibiotics,drug carriers,antibacterial performance implant materials,and medical devices.Based on patent application data from the past 10 years,research hotspots and technological development are analyzed and summarized.
