摘要
采用主动性人格问卷、未来时间洞察力问卷和职业认同感问卷,通过随机抽样方式对河南省某公安院校445名在校生进行调查,以考查学警主动性人格、未来时间洞察力和职业认同三者之间的关系及作用机制.结果显示:学警的主动性人格、未来时间洞察力和职业认同感均为中等偏上水平;学警的主动性人格与未来时间洞察力和职业认同均显著正相关,学警的未来时间洞察力与职业认同显著正相关;学警的主动性人格和未来时间洞察力均能显著正向预测职业认同.研究表明未来时间洞察力在主动性人格和职业认同之间起部分中介作用.
A survey is conducted on 445 students from a public security college in Henan Province using a random sampling method,including the proactive personality questionnaire,future time perspective questionnaire and professional identity questionnaire to explore the relationship among the proactive personality scale,future time perspective questionnaire and professional identity scale of police cadet undergraduates.The results show that score of proactive personality,future time perspective and professional identity are above the medium level.There are significant positive correlations among proactive personality,future time perspective and professional identity;Future time perspective is positively correlated with professional identity;Proactive personality and future time perspective can positively and significantly predicts professional identity.Research has shown that future time perspective plays a role as a partial mediator between proactive personality and professional identity.
