摘要
目的 探讨基于标准作业程序优化手术室护理在颅脑损伤术中的应用价值。方法 选取2022年1月至2023年8月行急性颅脑损伤手术治疗的78例患者为对象,采取1∶1比例法进行分组,每组39例,其中参照组实施常规手术室护理,研究组实施基于标准作业程序优化手术室护理。对比两组相关救治时间、护理质量、救治率及不良事件发生情况。结果 研究组患者人员到位时间、抢救物品准备时间、转运时间、手术时间均短于参照组(P<0.05);研究组护理质量评分高于参照组(P<0.05);研究组救治成功率较参照组高,但对比无统计学差异(P>0.05);研究组不良事件发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论 在急性颅脑损伤患者手术治疗过程实施基于标准作业程序优化手术室护理,可有效缩短临床相关救治时间,提升临床护理效率及质量,为患者提供更为优质的护理措施,进而减少护理过程中不良事件发生,值得在临床护理工作推广。
Objective To explore the application value of optimizing operating room nursing based on standard operating procedure in craniocerebral injury surgery.Methods A total of 78 patients undergoing surgical treatment for acute craniocerebral injury from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected as subjects and divided into 39 patients in each group by 1∶1 ratio method.The reference group received routine operating room nursing while the study group received optimal operating room nursing based on standard operating procedures.The treatment time,nursing quality,treatment rate and the occurrence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The arrival time,rescue preparation time,transport time and operation time of the study group were shorter than those of the reference group(P<0.05).The nursing quality score of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The success rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,but there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions The optimization of operating room nursing based on standard operating procedures in the surgical treatment of patients with acute craniocerebral injury can effectively shorten the clinical treatment time,improve the efficiency and quality of clinical nursing,provide patients with better nursing measures,and then reduce the occurrence of adverse events in the nursing process,which is worthy of promotion in clinical nursing work.
