摘要
医学计量是计量学在医学领域的重要延伸。如何做好医学计量数字化转型,更好地护航医学事业发展是各级计量部门关注的重点议题。本文首先叙述了我国医学计量工作现状,指出医用计量仪器类型广泛、参数多样,给医疗质量控制提出了较高要求;从自动检测系统、计量管理系统的研发、数字计量平台和远程数字化计量的研究四个方面探索医学计量数字化转型,并进一步分析了数字化转型面临的人才、技术、资金等因素的影响;指出医学计量数字化应与新技术融合应用,未来需要在人工智能、嵌入式等新技术领域寻找落脚点,拓宽数字化手段,以保证临床诊疗准确性。只有把握数字化大势,注重技术融合创新,才能更好地促进医学计量体系升级,为人民提供更优质的医疗服务。
Medical metrology is an important extension of metrology in the field of medicine.How to successfully carry out the digital transformation of medical metrology and better support the development of the medical industry is a key topic of concern for metrology departments at all levels.This article first describes the current situation of medical metrology in China,pointing out the wide range of types and diverse parameters of medical measuring instruments,which pose high demands for medical quality control.It then explores the digital transformation of medical metrology from four aspects:automatic detection systems,metrology management systems,digital metrology platforms,and remote digital metrology.Furthermore,the article analyzes the impact of factors such as talent,technology,and funding on the digital transformation.It also points out that the digitalization of medical metrology should be integrated with new technologies.In the future,it is necessary to find footholds in new technologies such as artificial intelligence and embedded systems,expand digital means,to ensure the accuracy of clinical diagnosis and treatment.Only by grasping the trend of digitalization and focusing on technological innovation,can we better promote the upgrading of the medical metrology system and provide the people with higher-qualitymedical services.
