摘要
目的:分析2018-2022年北京市密云区医院孕产妇人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)、梅毒螺旋体、乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)检测结果。方法:选取2018年1月-2022年12月于密云区医院进行孕产期保健及分娩的孕产妇19 327例作为研究对象,收集并分析孕产妇一般资料及HIV、梅毒螺旋体和HBV初筛结果。结果:19 327例孕产妇中,HIV阳性0例,梅毒螺旋体阳性101例(0.52%),HBV阳性175例(0.91%)。2018-2022年梅毒螺旋体和HBV阳性呈小幅度波动,其中以2021年明显降低。孕产妇梅毒螺旋体、HBV阳性率及构成比均以20~29岁最高,40~45岁最低。结论:2018-2022年北京市密云区医院孕产妇HIV、梅毒螺旋体、HBV阳性率较低,以20~29岁最多,临床应针对此情况采取应对措施,消除艾滋病、梅毒、乙型肝炎的母婴传播。
Objective:To analyze the test results of human immunodeficiency virus(HIV),Treponema pallidum and hepatitis B virus(HBV)of pregnant and lying-in women in Beijing Miyun District Hospital during 2018-2022.Methods:A total of 19327 pregnant and lying-in women who underwent pregnancy healthcare and childbirth in Miyun District Hospital from January 2018 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.General data of pregnant and lying-in women and primary screening results of HIV,Treponema pallidum and HBV were collected and analyzed.Results:Among the 19327 pregnant and lying-in women,0 case was HIV-positive,101 cases(0.52%)were Treponema pallidum-positive,and 175 cases(0.91%)were HBV-positive.From 2018 to 2022,Treponema pallidum and HBV positivity fluctuated slightly,and a significant decrease was present in 2021.The positive rates and composition ratios of Treponema pallidum and HBV were the highest in pregnant and lying-in women of 20-29 years old and the lowest in those of 40-45 years old.Conclusion:During 2018-2022,the positive rates of HIV,Treponema pallidum and HBV of pregnant and lying-in women in Beijing Miyun District Hospital are low,and the peak is observed in those of 20-29 years old.For such cases,clinical measures should be taken to eliminate mother-to-child transmission of HIV,syphilis,and hepatitis B.
