摘要
为进一步优化胆南星炮制工艺,开发胆南星临床应用,在查阅了历代本草古籍、《中华人民共和国药典》、各省中药炮制规范等相关书籍,结合中国知网、万方数据、维普网、PubMed等数据库中的相关文献,对其中所载有关胆南星的炮制工艺、化学成分、药理作用及临床应用进行总结。胆南星传统炮制方法为发酵法、混合蒸制法及复制法,现代出现了利用微生物工程技术发酵的方法。胆南星化学成分包括多糖类、黄酮类、生物碱类、皂苷类、胆汁酸类等,具有解热抗炎、抗惊厥、镇痛、祛痰等药理作用。由于胆汁来源和炮制方法的不同,其所含的化学成分和药理作用有明显的区别,通过比较不同炮制方法、不同炮制条件下胆南星活性成分、药效学变化,为后续胆南星炮制工艺优化及其开发利用提供文献依据。
In order to further optimize the concoction process of Dannanxing(Arisaema Cum Bile)and develop its clinical application,after reviewing the ancient books of herbs,Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China,and relevant books such as Chinese medicine concoction specifications of each province,and combining the relevant literature in the databases of CNKI,WanFang,Weipu,and PubMed,we summarized the concoction process,chemical compositions,pharmacological effects,and clinical application of Dannanxing(Arisaema Cum Bile)contained therein were summarized.The traditional methods of concocting Dannanxing(Arisaema Cum Bile)are fermentation,mixed steaming and replication,and the modern method of fermentation using microbial engineering techniques has emerged.The chemical constituents of Dannanxing(Arisaema Cum Bile)include polysaccharides,flavonoids,alkaloids,saponins,bile acids,etc.It has antipyretic and anti-inflammatory,anticonvulsant,analgesic,expectorant,and other pharmacological effects.Due to the different sources of bile and concoction methods,the chemical components and pharmacological effects contained in Dannanxing(Arisaema Cum Bile)are obviously different.By comparing the active components and pharmacodynamic changes of Dannanxing(Arisaema Cum Bile)under different concoction methods and concoction conditions,we can provide a basis for the literature for the subsequent optimization of Dannanxing(Arisaema Cum Bile)concoction process,as well as for its development and utilization.
