摘要
目的:研究视频辅助肛瘘镜下窦道灼切术联合黏膜瓣内口封闭术治疗肛窦炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2021年5月至2023年3月,本院收治的78例肛窦炎患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各39例。对照组采用传统的一次性切开引流术联合窦道切除术治疗,观察组采用视频辅助肛瘘镜下窦道灼切术联合黏膜瓣内口封闭术治疗。观察比较2组治愈率、愈合时间、肛门功能Wexner评分及并发症等指标。结果:观察组总有效率为100.0%,明显高于对照组的84.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组愈合时间明显短于对照组,肛门功能Wexner评分明显低于对照组,术后2、5和10 d的并发症评分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:视频辅助肛瘘镜下窦道灼切术联合黏膜瓣内口封闭术是一种更有效,愈合更快的肛窦炎手术治疗方法,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of video-assisted sinus cauterization combined with closing of flap internal opening in the treatment of anal sinusitis.Methods From May 2021 to March 2023,total 78 patients with anal sinusitis admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional one-time incision and drainage combined with sinus resection while the observation group was treated with video-assisted sinus cauterization combined with closing of flap internal opening.The cure rate,healing time,Wexner score of anal function and complications were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 100.0%,which was significantly higher than 84.6%of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The healing time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group.The Wexner score of anal function of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the complication scores of 2,5 and 10 days after operation were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Video-assisted sinus cauterization combined with closing of flap internal opening is a more effective and faster healing operative treatment for anal sinusitis,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
