摘要
新形势下,革新经营管理思维的同时,解决妇幼保健院经营管理中存在经营管理不健全、人才学科建设缓慢、内部交流不畅通等问题也极为重要,本文系统综述了新形势下妇幼保健院经营管理的问题并提出了“确定机构使命,加强顶层设计”“调整经验管理战略”“重视运营管理能力的提升”等相应策略。
Under the new situation,while innovating the management thinking,it is also extremely important to solve the problems in the operation and management of maternal and child health care hospitals,such as imperfect operation and management,slow construction of talent disciplines,and poor internal communication.This paper systematically summarizes the problems in the operation and management of maternal and child health care hospitals under the new situation and puts forward the following suggestions:Strengthen the top-level design","adjust the experience management strategy","pay attention to the improvement of operation management ability"and other corresponding strategies.
