骨科临床带教中临床路径教学法的运用效果评估分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的评估分析骨科临床带教中临床路径教学法的运用效果。方法选取于2022年1—12月永州市中心医院骨科的28名实习生开展常规教学法,为对比组。于2023年1—12月永州市中心医院骨科的28名实习生开展临床路径教学法,为观察组。对比两组教学效果。结果教学前,两组专业能力对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。教学后,观察组的专业能力、测评结果及教学服务满意率均高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论为骨科实习生开展临床路径教学法能够锻炼实习生专业能力,改善测评结果,提高教学服务满意率。 Objective To evaluate and analyze the application effect of clinical pathway teaching method in orthopedic clinical teaching.Methods From January to December 2022,28 interns in the Department of Orthopedics of Yongzhou Central Hospital carried out conventional teaching methods and were selected as comparison group.From January to December 2023,28 interns in the Department of Orthopedics of Yongzhou Central Hospital carried out clinical pathway teaching method and were selected as the observation group.The teaching effect of the two groups was compared.Results Before teaching,there was no significant difference in professional ability between the two groups(P>0.05).After teaching,the professional ability,assessment results and teaching service satisfaction rate of the observation group were higher than those of the comparison group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical pathway teaching method for orthopaedic interns can exercise their professional ability,improve the evaluation results,and increase the satisfaction rate of teaching services.
