摘要立德树人作为高校教师的根本任务,有其深厚的中国传统文化基础。在高校教师身份与立德树人内在一致性上,中国传统文化在四个方面给出了回答:立德树人是高校教师职业的天然属性,立德树人是高校教师工作场域内的内在规定,立德树人是高校教师评价的根本标准,立德树人是高校教师称号的核心内涵。在高校教师如何看待立德树人的价值上,中国传统文化进行了四个方面的指引。 As the fundamental task of college teachers,Morality-Based Talent Education has a deep foundation in traditional Chinese culture.In terms of the inherent consistency between the identity of university teachers and Morality-Based Talent Education,Chinese traditional culture provides answers in four aspects.Morality-Based Talent Education is a natural attribute of the profession of university teachers,and Morality-Based Talent Education is an inherent regulation of the workplace for university teachers,Morality-Based Talent Education is not only he fundamental standard of evaluation for college teachers;but also the core connotation of the title of college teacher.In terms of how university teachers view moral Morality-Based Talent Education,traditional Chinese culture carries out four aspects of value guidance.
