摘要
[目的]为鄂西产区重齿毛当归科学施肥与适时采收提供理论依据。[方法]在重齿毛当归移栽后定期采样,研究氮、磷、钾元素与4种香豆素类化合物的积累规律。[结果]重齿毛当归群体的氮、磷元素积累量呈线性上升趋势,钾元素积累量在8月中旬达到峰值;生产100 kg重齿毛当归干燥根需要N、P_(2)O_(5)、K_(2)O分别为1.61、1.25、2.70 kg。二氢欧山芹醇含量在6月中旬达到最高,9月中旬后基本稳定;异欧前胡素含量在8月中旬达到最高,之后持续下降;二氢欧山芹醇当归酸脂含量在8月中旬之前波动较大,9月中旬之后缓慢提高;蛇床子素含量在7月达到最低,9月中旬以后含量持续提高,在12月中旬达到最高。除异欧前胡素外,其他3种香豆素积累量均随着时间的推移而不断升高,在12月中旬达到最高。[结论]重齿毛当归N∶P_(2)O_(5)∶K_(2)O供给比例以1.29∶1.00∶2.17为宜,6~10月为氮、磷吸收关键期,6~8月为钾吸收关键期,12月或之后采收为宜。
[Objective]It provides a theoretical basis for the scientific fertilization and timely harvesting of Angelica pubescens in western Hubei producing area.[Method]The accumulation of nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium and 4 coumarins was studied by regular sampling of Angelica pubescens after transplanting.[Result]The accumulation of nitrogen and phosphorus in Angelica pubescens population showed a linear upward trend.The potassium accumulation peaked in mid-August.The N,P_(2)O_(5)and K_(2)O required for 100 kg of Angelica pubescens dry root were 1.61,1.25,2.70 kg,respectively.The content of columbianetin reached the highest in mid-June and basically stabilized after mid-September.The content of isoimperatorin peaked in mid-August and continued to decline thereafter.The content of columbianadin fluctuated greatly before mid-August and increased slowly after mid-September.The content of osthole reached the lowest in July,increased continuously after mid-September,and reached the highest in mid-December.The accumulation of the other three coumarins increased with time and reached the highest in mid-December.[Conclusion]The ratio of N∶P_(2)O_(5)∶K_(2)O supply was 1.29∶1.00∶2.17.June to October was the critical period of nitrogen and phosphorus absorption,and June to August was the critical period of potassium absorption.Harvesting in December is preferable.
