摘要
目的分析矫治器引导下颌向前移动联合肌功能训练治疗安氏Ⅱ类下颌后缩的临床效果。方法选取我院在2023年1月-2023年12月收治的50例安氏Ⅱ类下颌后缩患者进行分析,将其分为两组,对照组实施矫治器引导下颌向前移动治疗,观察组在对照组的基础之上联合肌功能训练治疗,分析两组患者临床相关数据。结果观察组治疗后软组织面角高于对照组,且面突角、上唇-审美平面距、下唇-审美平面距均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论矫治器引导下颌前移联合肌功能训练在治疗安氏Ⅱ类下颌后缩患者中,不仅提高了患者的面部审美和咀嚼功能,还增加了患者的满意度和治疗的依从性。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of orthodontic device guided mandibular forward movement combined with muscle function training in the treatment of Class II malocclusion.Methods Fifty patients with Class II malocclusion admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected for analysis and divided into two groups.The control group received orthodontic guided mandibular forward movement treatment,while the observation group received combined muscle function training on the basis of the control group.Clinical data of the two groups of patients were analyzed;Result After treatment,the soft tissue facial angle in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the facial protrusion angle,upper lip aesthetic plane distance,and lower lip aesthetic plane distance were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);Conclusion The combination of orthodontic appliance guided mandibular forward movement and muscle function training not only improves facial aesthetics and chewing function in patients with Class II malocclusion,but also increases patient satisfaction and treatment compliance.
