摘要
通过分析塑料压花辊模具的加工工艺和优化切削加工参数,选用五轴数控机床完成模具的数控加工实践,有效解决塑料压花辊模具凹模型高硬度难加工问题。经过塑料压花辊模具现场使用验收,尺寸精度与表面粗糙度均达到使用性能要求,验证了模具数控加工工艺的合理性。塑料压花辊模具的加工工艺对类似辊类模具的加工具有一定的借鉴指导意义。
By analyzing the processing technology of plastic embossing roll die and optimizing the cutting parameters,the five-axis CNC machine tool is selected to complete the CNC machining practice of the die,which effectively solves the problem of high hardness and difficult machining of plastic embossing roll die concave model.The dimensional accuracy and surface roughness of the plastic embossing-roll die meet the performance requirements,which verifies the rationality of the CNC machining technology of the die.The processing technology of plastic embossing roll die has certain reference and guiding significance for the processing of similar roll die.
