摘要
介绍了一种矿用隔爆型开关电磁铁测试系统设计方案。该设计方案包括测试系统硬件、电流回路采样和数据处理等,用于完成隔爆开关型电磁铁的功能性检测,具有实用性强、成本低、结构简单等优点。测试时,将电磁铁接入该系统,通过模拟量采集、模数转换和数据调理等环节进行数据分析验证隔爆开关型电磁铁的功能。试验表明,该测试系统简单、可靠,可用于防爆型开关电磁铁的功能检测。
Introducd a design scheme of a testing system for mine explosion-proof switch electromagnet.The design scheme includes testing system hardware,current loop sampling,and data processing.It is used to complete functional testing of explosion-proof switch type electromagnet,and has the advantages of strong practicality,low cost,and simple structure.During the experiment,the electromagnet was connected to the system,and the function of the explosion-proof switch type electromagnet was verified through data analysis after analog data acquisition,analog-to-digital conversion,and data conditioning.Experiments show that the testing system is simple and reliable,and can be used for functional testing of explosion-proof switch electromagnet.
