摘要
为了研究普通喷丸和超声喷丸工艺对TC17合金疲劳极限的影响,选固定的喷丸强度,以未喷丸试件为对照组,对3种状态试件进行表面形貌、粗糙度、残余应力测试,并进行室温旋转弯曲疲劳试验,测试各状态试件的疲劳极限,并对断裂试件进行断口分析。结果表明:相较于未喷丸试件,喷丸试件的表面微观形貌均有较明显的改变,表面残余应力均提升,试件断口疲劳源区向内部移动;相较于普通喷丸处理的试件,超声喷丸处理的试件表面状态更好,疲劳极限也提升。
In order to study the effects of ordinary shot peening and ultrasonic shot peening processes on the fatigue limit of TC17 alloy,the surface morphology,roughness and residual stress of the specimens in three states were tested at a fixed shot peening intensity,and the specimens without shot peening were taken as the control group.The fatigue limit of the specimens in each state was tested by rotating bending fatigue test at room temperature,and the fracture specimens were analyzed.The results show that,compared with the non-shot peening specimens,the surface micro-morphology of the shot peening specimens is significantly changed,the surface residual stress is increased,and the fracture fatigue source area of the specimens moves inward.Compared with ordinary shot peening,ultrasonic shot peening has better surface condition and higher fatigue limit.
