摘要
为了解决电网接入风能和光能对电力系统产生消纳率降低和弃风与弃光的问题,设计了灵活性资源协调规划下的风光火储联合外送调度多目标优化模型。通过搜寻电网内部的储能装置,将其与具有分布特征的电源在空间上进行结合。在此基础上将风力、光伏、火力发电及储能系统四大部分进行综合性分析,设置四类设备的出力模型。考虑灵活性资源协调规划,设置目标函数,计算电网的运行成本以及环境成本,得到两类成本的约束条件,建立电网调度多目标优化模型。实验结果显示,该多目标优化模型在四个场景下的消纳功率分别为567 MW、542 MW、468 MW、1024 MW,经过该模型优化后的电网消纳明显优于优化前,且弃风与弃光功率也大幅度降低,可见该电网调度优化模型具备有效性。
In order to solve the problems of reduced absorption rate and abandonment of wind and solar energy in the power system caused by the integration of wind and solar energy into the power grid,a multi-objective optimization model for wind,solar,thermal,and storage joint external transmission scheduling under flexible resource coordination planning is designed by searching for energy storage devices inside the power grid and combining them with distributed power sources in space.On this basis,a comprehensive analysis is conducted on the four major parts of wind power generation,solar power generation,thermal power generation,and energy storage systems,and output models for the four types of equipment are set up.This paper considers flexible resource coordination planning,sets objective functions,calculates the operating and environmental costs of the power grid,obtains constraints for two types of costs,and establishes a multi-objective optimization model for power grid scheduling.The experimental results show that the absorption powers of the multi-objective optimization model in four scenarios are 567 MW,542 MW,468 MW,and 1024 MW,respectively.After optimization,the power consumption of the power grid is significantly better than before,and the abandoned wind and light power are also significantly reduced,indicating the effectiveness of the power grid scheduling optimization model.
