摘要
目的研究集束-延续护理模式结合改良式袋鼠式护理对早产儿生长发育及母亲积极感受的影响。方法选取2020年5月至2021年5月本院收治的90例早产儿为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各45例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上加施集束-延续护理模式结合改良式袋鼠式护理。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组早产儿的头围、身长、体质量均优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组母亲的照料者积极感受量表(PAC)各维度评分高于对照组,疾病不确定感父母量表(PPUS)各维度评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组早产儿的智力发育指数(MDI)、精神运动发育指数(PDI)评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组早产儿的神经功能评估量表各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论集束-延续护理模式结合改良式袋鼠式护理不仅能够促进早产儿生长发育,提高母亲积极感受及减少其不确定感,还能有效提升早产儿智能及神经功能发育,值得推广。
Objective To study the effects of cluster-continuous nursing model combined with modified kangaroo nursing on the growth and development of premature infants and positive feelings of mothers.Methods A total of 90 premature infants admitted in our hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given cluster-continuous nursing model combined with modified kangaroo nursing.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the head circumference,height and weight of preterm infants in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of Positive Aspects of Caregiving(PAC)of mothers in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of each dimension of Parent's Perception of Uncertainty Scale(PPUS)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the Mental Development Index(MDI)and Psychomotor Development Index(PDI)scores of preterm infants in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of neurological function assessment scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The cluster-continuous nursing model combined with modified kangaroo nursing can not only promote the growth and development of premature infants,improve the positive feelings of mothers and reduce their sense of uncertainty,but also effectively improve the intelligence and neurological function development of premature infants,which is worth promoting.
