摘要
2023年9月习近平总书记原创性地提出了“新质生产力”这一新范畴,在随后一系列重要会议上,习近平总书记反复强调要加快发展新质生产力。2024年1月习近平总书记进一步全面阐述了新质生产力的特征、基本内涵、核心标志、特点、关键和本质等基本理论问题,深刻指明发展新质生产力的重大意义和实践要求,形成了系统的新质生产力理论,开拓了习近平经济思想新境界。新质生产力理论是新征程上推动高质量发展的科学指南和根本遵循,必须以马克思主义为指导,全面认识新质生产力理论的实践依据和思想来源,从而深刻理解其科学性;全面认识新质生产力理论的丰富内涵,从而深刻理解其系统性;全面认识发展新质生产力与高质量发展之间的逻辑关系,从而深刻理解其重要性;全面认识新质生产力理论与马克思主义理论的内在联系,从而深刻理解其创新性。
Since September 2023,General Secretary Xi Jinping has first proposed a new category of new quality productive forces,comprehensively elaborated on the major theoretical issues such as the scientific connotation,core indicators,characteristics,key elements,and essence of the new quality productive forces,and profoundly pointed out the great significance of developing new quality productive forces to promote high⁃quality development to a higher level and achieve Chinese modernization.He has put forward the paths,strategic focuses and methodology for developing new quality productive forces,and developed a systematic theory of new quality productive forces.The theory of new quality productive forces is not only the development of Xi Jinping Thought on Economy but also the theoretical crystallization of Xi Jinping Thought on Economy,making great contributions to the innovative development of the Marxist theory.The theory of new quality productive forces not only profoundly reveals the main characteristics and trends of productive forces and economic development in the contemporary world but also summarizes and reveals the practical experience and laws of the formation and development of advanced productive forces in China in the new era,indicating that it has a solid practical and scientific basis.The theory of new quality productive forces is not only the inheritance and development of the Marxist productive forces theory but also the latest achievement of the innovation of the Communist Party of China(CPC)’s thought on productive forces,which has a profound theoretical basis and ideological sources.To thoroughly study and fully practice the theory of new quality productive forces,we must comprehensively and profoundly understand its connotation and logical relationship and accurately grasp its essence.We must thoroughly understand the core position of the revolutionary breakthrough in technologies in the formation of new quality productive forces.The theory of new quality productive forces clarifies the logical relationship between developing new quality productive forces and further promoting high⁃quality development,reveals the dialectical relationship between new quality productive forces and new type of relations of production,and provides strong theoretical support and ideological guidance for promoting a new round of comprehensive reform,which is of great practical significance.The theory of new quality productive forces has also great theoretical significance,for it puts forward the quality state of productive forces,providing important methodological guidance for better understanding Marxist historical materialism and the law concerning the development of human society.
